My bedroom is spacious, has great natural lighting, and I will be leaving all main furniture pieces, besides for wall decor, so it will be move in ready! Dougherty Street is a perfect location for those looking to live close to downtown but still have a quite get away when at home. Rent will be $545 a month, utilities (water, power, and wifi) are separate and have averaged $50 a month, and will include a parking sticker with a parking lot that has ample parking for guests. If you haven t lived in Athens during the summer, or have and know how much fun it is, i d highly recommend this spot! Message me if you are interested or have any other questions.
